Consultants are Walking Away When AI Clients Need Them Most

Too many consultancies plan and execute an AI rollout, then disappear at exactly the moment clients need them most, leaving employees without training or support and projects without sustained adoption.

His prescription: consultants should embed themselves inside client operations long-term, providing ongoing training and in-house support rather than handing off and moving on.
