What began as a family-founded firm nearly 30 years ago has grown into a trusted enterprise partner for some of the most complex technology environments in the world — including HP, Xerox, and a Big Four U.S. bank. OUR STORY

Legacy
Trend-Setters Consulting, Inc. was founded by Shahin Sharafshahi when I was just a baby. With a sharp eye for where enterprise technology organizations needed deeper, more reliable support, Shahin built the firm from the ground up — establishing TSCi as a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies through hands-on delivery, personal integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to results. Our early reputation was built entirely through word of mouth, referrals, and repeat business. That's still true today.
In 2020, our family faced a defining challenge when Shahin was diagnosed with cancer. He continued to lead with the same strength and dedication that had always defined him, until his passing in 2022. I joined him in managing the company during that period, and in doing so absorbed not just the operational foundation he had built, but the values that made it matter — accountability, reliability, and genuine investment in our clients' success.
Since assuming leadership in 2021, I have worked to carry that legacy forward while evolving TSCi into the enterprise technology consulting firm it is today. We have deepened our embedded delivery model, expanded our cross-functional capabilities across infrastructure, security, governance, and analytics, and built lasting partnerships with some of the largest enterprise technology organizations in the country.
As a minority-owned, second-generation family business, we bring something to enterprise consulting that larger firms rarely can: the personal accountability of leadership that is directly invested in every client relationship. With a young son of my own, I am committed to building something that lasts — for our clients, our team, and the legacy my father established.
